Leadership Development Course
The Leadership Development Course is a dynamic 4-part hybrid programme designed to raise and release transformational Christian leaders who will influence their homes, workplaces, and communities for Christ. It is aimed at those with a desire to develop in their self-awareness, leadership competency and mindsets around leading upwards, and leading beyond positional authority.
Joining the formation students of SPTC, this course is open to anyone who can articulate what their leadership role is, and how they are planning to grow as a disciple of Christ.
Schedule & content
Runs 4 Thursdays from 3.30PM-6.15PM both online and onsite at SPTC. This round we will explore practical and foundational aspects of leadership, including:
25 FEBRUARY 2026 – Self Awareness (with Abel Cheah)
4 MARCH 2026 – Vision and Culture (with Dan McNab)
11 MARCH 2026 – Giving and Receiving Feedback (with Paul Kong)
18 MARCH 2026 – Problem-Solving (with Sarah Ong and Abel Cheah)
