Portfolio Part A

*The current COVID-19 global pandemic has created a number of unforeseen challenges for gathering empirical socio-ethnographic and demographic data, and also presented some short-term access restrictions to secondary literature in the form of library resources. In light of these challenges, the College’s Academic team have decided to make some changes to the CNCC portfolio assessment deadlines. 

1. A description of what your new Church, group or community will look like, to include: your “dream team”, your vision statement, values, distinctives, style of worship, approach to preaching, discipleship, building community, small groups etc etc. (1,000-1,500 words) 20%

2. Socio-ethnographic and demographic survey of area in which you will plant (1,000-1,500 words) 20%

3. Critically-reflective and annotated time-line leading up to the launch (500 words) 10%


Portfolio Part B

Description: Change management is a vital skill for any church leader, in this and the following sessions we look at how change happens and how we can leverage that in discipleship, project management and pastoring the church. This class is a taught lesson with readings throughout the session
